A friend of mine recommended this place and we decided to check it out. It was Opera night and they had a special price fix 3 course dinner menu as well My friend had a dietary restriction so they called the restaurant ahead of time and was able to speak with Chef Ray directly who assured my friend that they will ensure that their dietary restriction is accommodated. On the day that we arrived, we were met with such nice staff and every single one of them was friendly and helpful. Our server, another Ray, who amazing. He took the time and heard us out. Assured us that my friend’s dietary restriction will be followed completely. I wanted to try the 3 course dinner option and I am a pescatarian however I did not see a seafood option on that menu. I asked Ray who was able to speak with the Chef and they were able to offer me a seafood option which was so nice of them. The food was really good and the service impeccable. Every one was so attentive and kept on coming to check on whether we needed anything. Overall we had a great dining experience!
Exquisite selection of authentic Greece. The selection of dips was amazing with their house made pita breads. The quality of the lamb shank meat was to die for. Would have liked a little more flavor but regardless a great experience.

It's hard to find a restaurant these days that combines great food with great service - Volos definitely does. The atmosphere is nice, the service is terrific, and we've always had an outstanding meal. We recently invited friends to join us, and they agreed, Volos is 5 stars.
Coming back for the second time. This time we visited Volos for a special occasion and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the service was great, attentive without being overbearing. A lovely spot. Highly recommend!
We went to Volos for lunch and had a fantastic time. The restaurant is clean, service was on point and everything we ordered was both delicious and cooked to perfection. We shared Dolmades, Tiger Prawn Saganaki and Assorted Dips (Taramasalata, Tirokafteri and Hummus) as our appetizers. I had the Volos Warm Seafood Salad as my main dish. I highly recommend it. The seafood was so fresh. On the menu, it mentioned that the salad would be served with Greek yogurt dressing but it seems like a different dressing was applied but it didn't bother me too much as it was still very tasty.
We were the first customer and also our first time as they just opened. We had the saganaki (a flamed cheese), which we put on the baguette or bread was so good! Other than that we had the grilled Moroccan octopus, in which the octopus was tender. Also the warm seafood salad, Fisherman's stew and baked halibut. As it was good, however, it comes with a steep cost!
Not a bad experience, we were have meetings at Hilton and needed a place for quick lunch. Stumbled to Volos just next door, and our waitress Mimoza was just a gem. Sweet and detailed, service was flawless. She recommended a few dishes all just pretty good. Would definitely recommend.
